1. Start with Berkley’s actual service geography
Berkley is recorded as a census-designated place in Adams County, Colorado. A firm may serve Berkley while also accepting matters elsewhere in Adams County or in a broader metropolitan area, but those are separate geographic decisions. A Berkley label should not automatically be treated as countywide or metropolitan coverage. Bosseo’s Local Service Ads page states that service areas and practice-area categories are set deliberately. That makes geographic definition an implementation question: which locations can your firm serve, which locations should be excluded, and where can your intake team provide a useful response?
Recommended approach
Before discussing budget, list the locations your firm actually wants to serve and the locations it does not. Separate Berkley from Adams County and from any wider Colorado service area. Review whether each practice area uses the same geography. If your capacity differs by location, make that difference explicit rather than treating every nearby inquiry as equally qualified.
