1. Put Wrightwood’s geographic scope into the measurement plan
The Census identifies Wrightwood as a CDP in San Bernardino County. A firm may serve people in Wrightwood, elsewhere in San Bernardino County, or in additional California locations, but those are different geographic questions. A dashboard is useful only when the firm agrees on what a city, county, service area or practice-area label means before reviewing results. The Wrightwood population estimate is context for defining the place, not a forecast of client activity. It cannot tell you how many people search for a lawyer, which matters they have, or which locations will produce signed clients.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location labels would be defined in the dashboard review. Decide whether the firm wants to examine Wrightwood alone, Wrightwood within San Bernardino County, or a broader service area. Keep those views separate rather than treating a county total or California-wide number as Wrightwood performance.
