1. Define what “ROI” means for a Vincent practice
A dashboard cannot answer a question that the firm has not defined. “ROI” might mean marketing cost compared with qualified inquiries, signed matters, collected fees or another internal measure. Those are different events. Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page describes leads and matters by case type, source attribution, rankings, calls, forms and revenue-related reporting. The page also says the dashboard connects rankings, calls and leads to real matters. That description gives you a basis for evaluation, not proof of a result for a Vincent firm. Vincent’s relationship to Los Angeles County matters when you decide whether reporting should distinguish Vincent from wider county activity. A county-level total should not automatically be presented as Vincent performance.
Recommended approach
Write a data dictionary before approval. Define a lead, a potential new client, a matter, a signed case, collected revenue and a Vincent-related inquiry. Decide whether geography is captured from the caller, the landing page, the matter record or another field. Require the dashboard review to show how county-wide activity is separated from Vincent activity, if that distinction is available.
