What does Bosseo say the ROI Dashboard tracks?+
Bosseo’s public page describes live keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, calls, call recordings and transcripts, lead classifications, case-type breakdowns, forms, video intakes, source attribution, review measures and trends over time. Ask which items would apply to your firm and how each would be defined.
Can the dashboard prove that Ukiah has legal demand?+
No. The Census population estimate for Ukiah city supplies geographic context only. It does not prove demand, competition, search volume, leads, cases or revenue. The dashboard should be used to review measured activity and documented outcomes, not to convert population into a performance claim.
Can Ukiah and Mendocino County be reviewed separately?+
That is a scope question to settle with Bosseo. Ask how service-and-city targets, source information and lead records would be labeled, then decide whether your management view needs separate Ukiah and Mendocino County reporting. Do not assume that a combined label answers both questions.
Does every call count as a lead?+
No assumption should be made. Bosseo describes classifications for Potential New Client, Current Client and Other, along with case-type tags. Ask how your firm’s callers would be classified, how spam and duplicates are treated, and how a classification can be corrected.
Will the dashboard automatically show signed matters and revenue?+
Bosseo describes leads and matters by case type tying back to real revenue, but the public page does not establish the setup for your firm. Ask what data must come from your records, how a signed matter is defined and how the dashboard distinguishes verified matter information from an inquiry.
Who should be allowed to view transcripts and financial information?+
Your firm should decide that before access is granted. Bosseo’s public page says partners, office managers and intake leads can have access. Request a permissions walkthrough and set different access decisions for operational data, transcripts, case types and financial information if appropriate.
