Start with the manual task, not the software category
Bosseo’s public Custom Software page positions the service around bottlenecks such as repeated entry, status questions and delayed lead handling. It also says the team can build client portals, intake tools, internal dashboards and referral trackers. For a firm serving San Dimas and the wider Los Angeles County context, local population is not a reason to buy software by itself. It is a reason to examine whether the firm’s existing process remains workable as matters, contacts or requests move through the office. The useful question is specific: what does someone at the firm still do by hand, and what happens when that person is unavailable?
Recommended approach
Bring one process to the consultation in plain language. Record who performs it, what information they receive, where they re-enter it, which decisions require review and what evidence would show that a new tool is safe to use. Do not begin by requesting a broad platform.
