1. Start with Orosi’s actual geographic relationship
Orosi is a CDP, not a county or metropolitan area, and its recorded county relationship is Tulare County. That distinction matters when you choose a footprint. A page aimed at Orosi is not automatically a page for every Tulare County community, and a county-level scope should not be presented as though it describes only Orosi. Bosseo’s public product text says firms can choose statewide coverage or limit coverage to selected counties. For your firm, the useful question is whether Orosi is one location inside a broader Tulare County service area or a distinct location worth addressing separately.
Recommended approach
Map the places where you genuinely accept matters before selecting coverage. Review Orosi separately, then decide whether the firm serves additional Tulare County cities. Do not use the Orosi population estimate as a forecast of inquiries or as a reason to publish pages for places outside your service area.
