1. Replace “How did you hear about us?” with a fuller journey
A client’s remembered answer can be incomplete. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes records that include channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail, with intake answers attached. It also describes calls joining the same journey record. That distinction matters when your firm serves Orange city and the wider Orange County relationship identified by the Census record: the geography can tell you where the firm operates, but it cannot tell you which visit, page or channel led to an inquiry. Your review should ask whether the information shown for each journey is sufficient for your intake and marketing decisions.
Recommended approach
Map the fields you actually need before discussing implementation. Include the first known source, later sessions, landing page, device, inquiry type, qualification result and eventual matter outcome. Decide whether “Orange” means the municipality, Orange County, or another service area in your reporting; do not combine those scopes casually.
