1. Start with Napa’s actual service boundary
Your firm may serve Napa city, the wider Napa County area, or clients elsewhere in California. Those are different geographic decisions. The Census record identifies Napa city as a municipality and records its county relationship as Napa County. It does not show where legal inquiries originate or which locations your firm accepts. Video Intake should therefore reflect the service boundary you choose to communicate, rather than silently treating Napa city and Napa County as interchangeable. If location affects eligibility, the intake should make that distinction clear and route the answer to the person responsible for reviewing it.
Recommended approach
Before discussing configuration, write down the locations your firm serves, the locations it does not serve, and the point at which a location answer requires attorney or staff review. Ask Bosseo to show how location questions can fit into the proposed flow. Keep Napa city, Napa County and any broader California coverage separate in your website language and internal review rules.
