1. Define what “ROI” means for a Mojave-serving practice
The public ROI Dashboard page describes leads and matters by case type, with rankings, calls and other signals shown in the same view. That does not eliminate the need for your firm to define a lead, a matter, a signed case or revenue. A call can be relevant without becoming a matter; a form can be incomplete; a current client is not the same as a potential new client. Those distinctions become especially important when your service area includes Mojave and the wider Kern County relationship recorded for the CDP. The dashboard should not turn a geographic label into a conclusion about demand.
Recommended approach
Before booking, write down the business events you want to measure. Ask Bosseo to show how the proposed dashboard distinguishes potential new clients, current clients and other contacts; how case types are assigned; and where your firm’s own matter and revenue definitions enter the review. Treat the population estimate as context for geographic scope, not as a target or forecast.
