1. Start with Lodi’s actual service area
Your firm may serve Lodi city, the wider San Joaquin County area, or clients elsewhere in California. Those are different geographic questions, and attribution should not blur them. The Census record identifies Lodi city and its county relationship; it does not show where prospective clients search, whether they need counsel, or which practice areas produce inquiries. A useful review therefore begins by separating the locations your firm intends to serve from the locations represented in its marketing paths and intake records.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how location is represented in the journey record and reporting you would use. Review whether a lead can be examined by source, page, case type and outcome without treating Lodi’s population as a forecast. If your firm serves both Lodi and other San Joaquin County communities, decide whether those areas need separate reporting questions.
