Define the geographic view before judging performance
The dashboard’s public description includes city data, source attribution and rankings for service-and-city targets. For a firm serving Lindsay, that makes geography a measurement decision rather than a population claim. Lindsay is a city in Tulare County, and the Census record identifies the city’s 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate as 12,643. That is useful for naming the jurisdiction you serve, but it cannot tell you whether people are searching for a particular practice, whether another firm is competing for those searches, or whether a call will become a matter. Ask how the dashboard will distinguish Lindsay from Tulare County, California-wide coverage and any other places your firm serves.
Recommended approach
Bring a written list of geographic labels you want reviewed. Decide whether a city, county, state or another service area should be treated as a separate reporting dimension, and do not combine them until the firm agrees that the comparison is meaningful.
