What does Bosseo Lead Attribution show?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers for a lead journey. It also describes calls, outcomes and roll-ups into the ROI Dashboard. Ask during the consultation which elements apply to your firm’s setup.
Can it show whether a Huron inquiry came from a specific page?+
The public page says attribution includes the landing page and can identify which city pages produce cases. That does not prove a Huron page will generate inquiries or signed matters. Your consultation should address the geographic and page reporting you need.
Does attribution replace asking callers how they found the firm?+
Bosseo says its instrumentation is intended to run behind the scenes and reduce reliance on manual tagging or memory-based source questions. Your firm should still decide how intake staff document information and how to handle journeys that cannot be connected confidently.
Can phone calls be included?+
Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page says calls can join the same journey record, including the transcript, case-type tag and web journey. Confirm the applicable call data, permissions and outcome process for your firm before relying on it for reporting.
Will attribution prove which marketing channel caused a signed case?+
It can provide a recorded journey and outcome view, but no record removes the need for careful interpretation. A source may be one part of a multi-visit path, and an inquiry is not a signed case. Review attribution alongside your firm’s intake and matter records.
Do I need to assume legal demand in Huron?+
No. Huron’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 6,519, with a margin of error of 25, and the city is recorded in Fresno County. Those facts do not establish demand, search volume, competition, leads or revenue. Use attribution to measure actual recorded activity rather than forecast from population.
