What does Lead Attribution show for an inquiry?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes a journey record that can include channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. It also describes connecting phone calls and tracking outcomes through consultation and signed case. Confirm the applicable scope for your firm during the consultation.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo states that phone calls can join the same journey record, including the transcript, case-type tag and web journey that produced the call. Ask how your current phone and intake systems would be reviewed and what information is available for matching.
Does Hillcrest’s population estimate predict how many leads we will receive?+
No. Hillcrest’s 2020–2024 ACS five-year population estimate is 10,511, with a margin of error of 1,151. That figure describes the census-designated place. It does not predict search activity, legal need, calls, qualified inquiries, cases or revenue.
How is this different from asking, “How did you hear about us?”+
A remembered answer may omit earlier visits or misidentify the source. Bosseo presents Lead Attribution as connecting the recorded journey to intake information and, where available, calls and outcomes. Your firm should still review uncertain records rather than treating attribution as infallible.
Can attribution tell us which Hillcrest page produced a signed case?+
Bosseo states that the product can show landing pages and that page-level journeys can roll up by channel, case type and outcome. The consultation should confirm how your firm’s pages and geographic definitions would be represented. Do not assume a page will produce a case.
Will attribution guarantee search visibility or more cases?+
No such conclusion follows from attribution. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Lead Attribution is for examining recorded journeys and outcomes; it is not evidence of future rankings, inquiries or signed cases.
