1. Start with the geography your firm can actually serve
A Glendora campaign should begin with an explicit service-area decision. Glendora’s recorded county relationship is Los Angeles County, but a firm may serve only Glendora, selected nearby communities, a wider portion of the county or a practice-specific territory. Those are different choices. A larger boundary can expose the firm to inquiries it cannot handle; a narrow boundary can exclude matters the firm intentionally wants. Population is not a substitute for this decision, and the city’s population estimate cannot prove that a particular practice area has demand.
Recommended approach
Review each practice area separately. Identify the locations you accept, the locations you do not accept, and whether the firm’s capacity changes by matter type. Bosseo’s public Local Services Ads page describes category and geography targeting, so the consultation should focus on how those settings would reflect your actual intake rules rather than treating all of Los Angeles County as one market.
