1. Set the geographic scope before you judge the profile
A firm may serve Gilroy city, other parts of Santa Clara County, or a wider California territory. Those are different coverage questions. The Census identifies Gilroy as a municipality in Santa Clara County; it does not show where your clients live or which communities matter to a particular practice. Review activity should be interpreted against the places your firm actually serves and the matters it accepts. A profile may look strong within Gilroy while failing to help people seeking a countywide practice, or it may contain reviews from locations outside the firm’s intended service area.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review your Google Business Profile name, address or service-area presentation, practice description and existing review geography. Decide which locations belong in reputation reporting and which are outside scope. Do not use Gilroy’s population as a proxy for likely review volume or legal demand.
