1. Start with your actual unanswered-call path
Bosseo’s public product description says calls ring your team first. If nobody answers within 20 seconds, the AI can answer as a safety net. It is described as covering nights, weekends, holidays and overflow, rather than replacing the front desk. That distinction matters when you assess your El Sobrante practice: the relevant baseline is your phone configuration, not the CDP’s population estimate. Review how unanswered calls currently move from ringing to voicemail, callback, referral or no recorded outcome. Check whether the process differs during office hours, lunch periods and closed hours.
Recommended approach
Map the existing path for each phone number and decide when an AI response should begin. Ask whether 20 seconds fits your team’s normal pickup time, whether urgent calls need a distinct callback priority, and who owns follow-up after a summary arrives. Do not use population as a proxy for call volume. Instead, review a defined period of your own call records before deciding whether the product addresses a real gap.
