1. Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The dashboard’s public description includes keyword rankings, service-and-city targets, calls, leads and city data. For a firm serving Eastern Goleta Valley, the first implementation question is how the geographic labels will be defined. Eastern Goleta Valley is a CDP recorded in Santa Barbara County, not a synonym for the county, a metropolitan area or every nearby community. A useful review should distinguish an Eastern Goleta Valley target from a Santa Barbara County target and from any broader area your firm chooses to evaluate. The Census population estimate can describe the place, but it cannot tell you which practice areas people need or whether a particular query produces a client.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how geography appears in ranking targets, lead records, source attribution and case-type views. Agree in advance which place names, service areas and page labels belong in the measurement plan. Do not treat the CDP population as a forecast.
