1. Start with the geographic question your reviews need to answer
A Dublin law firm may serve clients in Dublin, elsewhere in Alameda County, or in another defined area. Those are different geographic decisions. A city population estimate cannot tell you where prospective clients search, where matters originate, or whether a review profile is strong in the locations that matter to the firm. Bosseo’s public product page places Google Business Profile at the center of its reputation offering and describes review count, rating, responses, and review activity as matters to watch. For your firm, the useful question is not whether Dublin is large enough. It is whether the profile and review process accurately represent the geography in which you accept and handle matters.
Recommended approach
Define the service geography before changing the review process. Review the firm’s Google Business Profile location, service-area language, practice-area pages, consultation eligibility, and the counties or communities the firm actually serves. Then decide whether success should be assessed only in Dublin, across Alameda County, or across a broader approved service area. Keep household, individual, municipality, county, and metropolitan-area language separate in internal measurement and public copy.
