1. Start with the matters your Duarte firm is willing to review
Bosseo’s public Video Intake page says the guided survey can be built around a firm’s practice areas and can ask different questions for different case types. It also describes qualification around case type, urgency and fit, with weighting toward the work a firm wants to grow. That makes the first decision a legal-operations decision: identify which inquiries belong in the intake path and which should be excluded or redirected. Duarte’s relationship to Los Angeles County matters because your service area may extend beyond the city, but the Census record does not establish that it does. Define the geographic boundary from your own engagement policy rather than treating a Duarte visitor as automatically eligible.
Recommended approach
Prepare a written list of accepted matter types, excluded matters, service-area rules and issues requiring human review. Ask Bosseo how those rules would be represented in the proposed flow, and distinguish a completed intake from an accepted client.
