1. Start with the Del Aire service boundary, not an assumed lead profile
Your firm may serve Del Aire while operating elsewhere in Los Angeles County. The Census record identifies Del Aire CDP and its county relationship; it does not show how many people contact your firm, which matters they have, which channels they use or when they reach out. That distinction matters for automation. A population estimate cannot justify a language workflow, an after-hours staffing rule or a particular follow-up cadence. Those choices require your own intake records and operational judgment.
Recommended approach
At the consultation, define which inquiries should be treated as within scope: Del Aire matters, broader Los Angeles County matters, or another boundary your firm uses. Then review whether your forms, calls, chats and video intakes capture the information needed to route each inquiry. Keep geography as a qualification field only if it has a legitimate role in your intake decision.
