1. Define the geographic view before reviewing ROI
The dashboard page says firms can review case-type and city data, including which cities produce calls. That makes geographic definition an early decision, not a label added after reporting. Corte Madera is a municipality in Marin County, California. A report about Corte Madera should not silently become a report about all of Marin County, the wider Bay Area or California. Those are different geographic scopes and may answer different management questions. The Census population estimate for Corte Madera is useful context for naming the municipality, but it cannot establish how many people search for legal services, how many matters exist or how much revenue a campaign may produce.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show exactly how Corte Madera and Marin County will appear in the dashboard. Decide whether the firm wants a town-level view, a county-level view, or both, and record that choice in the reporting definition. Treat any city comparison as an analysis to review, not as proof that one location will generate more business.
