1. Define what a “lead” means before you compare totals
Bosseo’s public ROI Dashboard page says contacts can be classified as Potential New Client, Current Client or Other, with leads grouped by case type. That distinction matters for a Corcoran practice because a call associated with the Corcoran market may be an existing-client question, a vendor call, spam or a matter outside your firm’s scope. A large call count would not, by itself, establish business value. Before accepting a dashboard total, ask which events count, who reviews uncertain classifications and how corrections are recorded. Keep Corcoran and Kings County labels precise rather than treating every nearby contact as a Corcoran result.
Recommended approach
Bring your current definitions for inquiry, qualified opportunity, consultation, retained matter and revenue. Ask Bosseo to show how each would appear, what happens to ambiguous calls and whether your team can review the underlying recording or transcript where the public page says those are available.
