What can Lead Attribution show for an inquiry?+
Bosseo’s public product page describes channel, referrer, landing page, device, session detail and attached intake answers. It also describes calls joining the journey and outcome tracking through consultation and signed case. The information available to your firm should be confirmed during consultation.
Can it include phone calls?+
Bosseo states that phone calls can join the same journey record, including the transcript and case-type tag alongside the web journey. Ask how that connection would apply to your current phone and intake setup.
Does this prove that a Colton page caused a case?+
No. A recorded journey can provide evidence about visits and contacts, but it does not by itself prove causation, demand or future performance. Review the full sequence, competing touchpoints, intake information and matter outcome.
Will it tell us how many legal inquiries Colton produces?+
It should not be treated as a population-based forecast. Colton’s 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 53,772, but population does not establish search volume, legal need or lead volume. A consultation should clarify what your own records can measure.
Do we need to change our intake process?+
Bosseo’s public page says attribution runs behind the scenes and that intake answers attach to the journey automatically. Your firm should still review how its existing forms, calls, outcome stages and access permissions would work before adopting a reporting approach.
Where is the information displayed?+
Bosseo describes journey details rolling up into its live ROI Dashboard, including reporting by channel, case type and page. Confirm the specific views, data retention and access arrangements applicable to your firm.
