What does the ROI Dashboard describe tracking?+
Bosseo’s public page describes rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI citations, calls, recordings, transcripts, lead classifications, case types, forms, video intakes, source attribution, reviews and trends. Confirm the exact scope for your proposed engagement.
Can the dashboard prove that Coachella has legal demand?+
No. The Census population estimate for Coachella provides geographic context only. It does not prove demand, competition, search activity, leads, cases or revenue. The dashboard should be used to examine measured activity, not to turn population into a forecast.
How should our firm define a lead?+
Bosseo describes classifications including Potential New Client, Current Client and Other. Ask Bosseo to review your firm’s rules for referrals, vendors, spam, duplicate contacts and existing clients before you use the totals for decisions.
Does a ranking automatically equal a client or case?+
No. A ranking is a visibility measure. Calls, forms, classified leads, matters and revenue are different stages and should be reviewed separately. Ask how the proposed setup connects those stages and where staff confirmation is needed.
What access and data questions should we ask?+
Ask about user permissions, recordings, transcripts, retention, exports, corrections, update expectations and recovery. The public page describes login access and team access, but your proposed scope should establish the specific controls and terms.
Does the dashboard guarantee search visibility?+
No guarantee should be assumed. Google states that automation does not guarantee crawling, indexing or search visibility. Review rankings and other signals as measured observations, not promises about future results.
