Set the right geographic scope before requesting reviews
Charter Oak is recorded as a CDP in Los Angeles County. That geographic fact is useful for defining what you want to examine, but it does not mean every potential client, past client, or relevant search is located inside the CDP. A law firm may serve people across a wider part of Los Angeles County or elsewhere in California. Reputation work should therefore distinguish the firm’s office or profile location, service area, client location, and matter location. The population estimate is eligibility context only, not evidence that a particular review campaign will produce a certain number of reviews.
Recommended approach
Start with a written service-area decision: which communities and county relationships matter to the firm, which legal services should be associated with the profile, and which matters should be excluded from outreach. Review the Google Business Profile’s accuracy and the firm’s client-consent requirements before choosing campaign scope.
