1. Start with the Ceres service boundary
Ceres is a city in Stanislaus County. That relationship matters when you define the intake path: “Ceres” may be one service location, while your firm may also serve other parts of Stanislaus County or California. Do not let a city mention silently become a promise to handle every matter in the county. Bosseo’s public page describes a widget that can be organized around practice areas and case types, and it also describes routing by case type and location. Whether that is appropriate for your firm depends on the locations, matter types and eligibility rules you actually use.
Recommended approach
Before reviewing a build, write the geographic rule in plain language. Decide whether a Ceres inquiry should go to the same owner as another Stanislaus County inquiry, whether location changes eligibility, and when a visitor should be directed elsewhere. Ask Bosseo to show how those decisions would appear to the visitor and to your team.
