1. Turn an Artesia inquiry into a defined next step
A blank form may ask for a name, contact details and a free-text description. Bosseo’s public Video Intake page describes a different path: a visitor taps an intake prompt, follows a guided video survey and answers questions built around the firm’s practice areas. The page says the completed inquiry includes the visitor’s answers and is delivered to the firm. For an Artesia-serving firm, the important decision is the boundary of the intake: Artesia only, Los Angeles County more broadly, or another service area the firm actually accepts. The Census record establishes Artesia’s relationship to Los Angeles County; it does not establish where prospective clients come from or which matters the firm should accept.
Recommended approach
Define accepted geography and matter types before choosing questions. Review whether the visitor should be asked for location, case type, timing and other fit information, and specify what happens when an answer falls outside the firm’s scope.
