1. Replace broad source labels with a complete journey
A client who says “Google” may have visited more than once, read a service page, returned through another source and then called. Bosseo’s public Lead Attribution page describes records containing the channel, referrer, landing page, device and session detail, with intake answers attached. The page also says phone calls can join the same journey. That is materially different from relying on a handwritten source field. Because Anderson city and Shasta County are distinct geographic scopes, ask whether the journey view can preserve the exact page and geographic context relevant to the inquiry rather than collapsing every California or county interaction into one label.
Recommended approach
Review several recent inquiries and identify what your current intake record can actually prove. During a Bosseo consultation, ask to see how an Anderson page, a Shasta County page and a broader California page would be distinguished in the journey and in reporting.
