Start with a bottleneck your team can describe
Custom software is most useful when a repeatable task does not fit the tools your firm already uses. Bosseo’s public description gives examples such as speed-to-lead tools, client status portals, referral trackers, document intake flows and internal dashboards. The relevant question for a White Hall practice is not whether another firm uses one of those examples. It is whether your own team repeatedly copies information, checks a shared inbox, answers status questions or maintains a spreadsheet because the current workflow leaves a gap.
Recommended approach
Bring one concrete process to the consultation. Describe who starts it, what information enters the process, where it is re-entered, who approves the next step and what happens when someone is unavailable. Keep the geographic scope precise: White Hall, Jefferson County, Arkansas or another area your firm actually serves are not interchangeable labels.
