What does the ROI Dashboard publicly say it tracks?+
Bosseo’s public page describes keyword rankings, Top 3 and Top 10 counts, SERP features, AI-engine citations, calls, recordings, transcripts, case-type tags, lead classifications, forms, video intakes, source attribution, reviews, trends and revenue-related signals. Confirm which items apply to your proposed configuration.
Can it separate Walnut Ridge from Lawrence County?+
The location facts establish that Walnut Ridge is a city in Lawrence County. Ask Bosseo to demonstrate the exact geographic fields and filters available to your firm. Do not assume that a city, county and statewide view are interchangeable.
What should our firm define as a lead?+
Define it before implementation. Bosseo’s page uses categories including Potential New Client, Current Client and Other, but your firm should approve the classification rules, treatment of spam and duplicates, and the point at which a lead becomes a matter or signed case.
Does a dashboard attribution prove marketing caused a case?+
No. Attribution can show the recorded channel or page associated with a contact. It does not, by itself, establish causation or prove that a ranking produced revenue. Review the underlying interaction and keep attributed, qualified, signed and collected stages separate.
Who should have access to calls and transcripts?+
Choose access by role and business need. The public page says partners, office managers and intake leads can receive access, but your firm should still ask about permissions, removal, retention, confidentiality and handling of recordings and transcripts.
What should we ask about live data?+
Ask when each metric refreshes, how missing or duplicate records are handled, how transcription and classification errors are corrected, whether historical changes are visible and what recovery process applies. “Live” should be translated into specific, approved expectations for each data type.
