1. Start with Stuttgart’s actual service area
Your firm may serve Stuttgart alone, Stuttgart and other communities in Arkansas County, or a broader Arkansas market. Those are different operating scopes. The Census Bureau identifies Stuttgart as a municipality and records its county relationship as Arkansas County; it does not say how many legal inquiries your firm receives or which matters prospective clients want to discuss. Intake Coach should therefore be evaluated against your firm’s stated service area and practice mix rather than against population alone. On a consultation, define whether the relevant calls are limited to Stuttgart, include Arkansas County, or extend across Arkansas. Then ask whether the same qualification questions and escalation rules apply throughout that area.
Recommended approach
Bring a clear geographic definition to the consultation. Review whether location is captured during intake, whether county-specific issues affect attorney review, and whether your team needs different routing rules for callers inside or outside the firm’s intended service area.
