Set the geographic boundary before asking for reviews
Springdale is recorded as a municipality in Arkansas. The 2020–2024 ACS five-year estimate records 88,160 residents, with a margin of error of 94, and places the city in Benton County and Washington County. That is useful location context, but it does not establish legal demand, review volume, competition, leads, or revenue. A reputation program needs a narrower operating definition: where the firm accepts matters, where its Google Business Profile is eligible to represent the practice, and which communities are appropriate to mention in client-facing responses. A firm serving only Springdale should not use county coverage as a substitute for a real service-area decision. A firm serving clients across both counties should document that relationship before expanding its language.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area list to the consultation. Separate Springdale from Benton County and Washington County, then identify which locations belong in the firm’s profile, website, intake questions, and review-response guidance. Treat the population estimate as municipal context, not as evidence that a review campaign will produce a particular result.
