Define the geography before reading the numbers
The available Census record identifies Pocahontas city and its relationship to Randolph County. Those are different geographic scopes. A dashboard view labelled for Pocahontas should not automatically be treated as a Randolph County view, an Arkansas view or a measure of households and individuals. Bosseo’s public product text says the dashboard can show service-and-city keyword targets, city data and leads by case type. That makes geographic definitions a practical acceptance question for your consultation. Ask which locations will be represented, how a city target will be named, and how the firm will avoid combining unlike areas in one conclusion.
Recommended approach
Agree on the geographic labels you need before evaluating performance. Keep Pocahontas city separate from Randolph County and from broader Arkansas coverage unless the dashboard scope is deliberately expanded. Treat the Census population as context only, not as a forecast or a benchmark for calls, cases or revenue.
