Turn each intake conversation into a reviewable decision
Intake Coach’s public product description says every intake call is recorded, transcribed, tagged by case type, scored, and analyzed. Its reports can include an AI score out of 100, a winability estimate, the retainer quoted, a call-quality review, a purpose-of-call summary, extracted key facts, and specific coaching suggestions. For a Monticello practice, that creates a practical review question: does the conversation establish what the caller needs, where the matter sits, who owns the next action, and what information the attorney or intake team needs? The local population estimate does not tell you which case types are common or how many calls arrive. Your own call records and service mix must answer those questions.
Recommended approach
Use the consultation to identify the decisions your team must make on a real intake call. Review how you distinguish an inquiry from a matter ready for attorney consideration, how you record a callback number, and how you document deadlines, dates, charges, jurisdictions, or other facts relevant to the practice area.
