1. Define the geography before you define ROI
A firm may serve clients in Little Rock, elsewhere in Pulaski County, or across Arkansas. Those are not interchangeable reporting boundaries. The Census record identifies Little Rock as a municipality and records its county relationship as Pulaski County. It does not establish where prospective clients search, call from, retain counsel or generate revenue. A useful dashboard therefore needs an agreed geographic vocabulary before anyone interprets a city, county or statewide result.
Recommended approach
During the review, list the locations that matter to the firm’s actual service area. Decide whether a report should distinguish Little Rock from the rest of Pulaski County and from other Arkansas locations. Ask Bosseo to show how city data is represented, what a location field means, and how the firm would handle a caller whose location differs from the service location. Do not treat the population estimate as a forecast.
