1. Build the intake around the matters your firm actually reviews
The Bosseo Video Intake page describes a guided survey that can qualify inquiries by case type, urgency and fit. It also describes separate question paths for different practice areas and weighting toward the work a firm wants to grow. That makes the first decision specific to your firm: which matters should receive a fuller explanation, and which answers determine whether an inquiry is ready for review? Cherokee Village’s recorded county relationships—Fulton County and Sharp County—do not tell you which legal services people seek. They do, however, make service-area questions worth deciding explicitly rather than leaving location ambiguous.
Recommended approach
List the practice areas you want the intake to address and define the minimum information your team needs for each one. Decide whether the flow should ask where the matter arose, where the prospective client is located, or whether the firm serves the matter in Fulton County, Sharp County, elsewhere in Arkansas, or another area. Treat those as firm-policy choices, not conclusions drawn from population data.
