1. Start with the calls your Bryant team actually misses
A Bryant practice may receive calls during office hours, after hours, on weekends, holidays or while staff are already helping another caller. The city’s population estimate does not establish how many people call your firm, when they call or whether your team needs coverage. Your own phone records should answer those questions. Review unanswered calls, abandoned calls, voicemail messages, repeat callers and calls that arrived while every line was occupied. Separate calls from Bryant itself from calls elsewhere in Saline County or other Arkansas locations; geography matters when you decide whether one intake path fits all callers.
Recommended approach
Bring a defined review period to the consultation. Identify when your staff should answer first, when AI should serve as a backstop, and which calls require immediate human escalation. Do not use the Bryant population figure as a forecast.
