1. Define the journey before you judge ROI
The dashboard’s stated purpose is to show the journey from marketing signals to leads and matters in one view. Its public description includes keyword rankings, SERP features, AI citations, calls, website forms, video intakes, case-type classifications and source attribution. For a firm serving Winslow in Navajo County, the first decision is which geographic labels matter in your own records: Winslow, other places in Navajo County, Arizona-wide work, or another service area. The Census record confirms the city and county relationship, but it does not tell you which geographic group will produce a client. Do not use the city’s population estimate as a substitute for attribution.
Recommended approach
Before adopting any reporting view, write down what counts as an inquiry, a potential new client, a matter, a signed representation and revenue. Ask how those definitions will appear in the dashboard and how a call or form associated with more than one location will be handled.
