1. Set the geographic boundary before choosing intake questions
Your service area may include Tucson, Pima County, Arizona, or another defined territory. Those are not interchangeable. The Census record identifies Tucson as a municipality in Pima County, with a 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate of 547,073. Population is eligibility evidence only; it does not establish legal demand, search behavior, competition, leads, cases or revenue. Video Intake therefore should not be configured around an assumed volume of Tucson inquiries. The useful question is narrower: which locations make a visitor eligible for a consultation, and which location details must your team review before accepting or routing the matter?
Recommended approach
Write the geographic rule into the qualification path. Decide whether the relevant answer is Tucson, another location in Pima County, elsewhere in Arizona, or outside your service area. Keep the rule tied to your actual intake policy rather than treating the city’s population as a forecast.
