Bosseo describes a separate question path for each practice area. The public product page says the survey captures information such as case type, timing and fit, and that qualification can be weighted toward the work a firm wants to grow. For a Tucson Mountains firm, geography should be an explicit review point: decide whether an inquiry connected to Tucson Mountains, another part of Pima County or an area outside your service scope should receive the same path. The CDP’s county relationship is Pima County; it does not establish that every visitor is a county resident or that every matter belongs in the same queue.
Recommended approach
Bring your accepted and declined matter categories to the consultation. Ask how each category would receive its own questions, what answer would trigger a handoff, and how the firm can review or change those rules. Treat every proposed path as a business and legal-operations decision, not as an assumption based on population.
