1. Set the geographic boundary before reviewing a metric
Tucson Estates is recorded as a CDP in Pima County. That relationship matters when your team names a market or interprets a location field. A dashboard view that says “Tucson Estates” should not silently be treated as all of Pima County, the Tucson metropolitan area, Arizona, or a list of households and individuals. Those are different geographic or population concepts. The dashboard page describes city and case-type views, but a buyer still needs to establish how a location is assigned and displayed. Ask whether a location reflects a search target, a landing-page target, a caller’s stated location, an address, or another field. Do not treat the ACS population estimate as a forecast of cases or a reason to allocate budget.
Recommended approach
Use Tucson Estates and Pima County as explicit labels in your measurement plan. Ask Bosseo to show how location fields appear in rankings, lead records and trend views. Approve a geographic report only after your firm agrees on what the label represents and what it does not represent.
