1. Geographic coverage should follow the firm’s actual service area
The Census record identifies Tuba City CDP and its county relationship as Coconino County. Those are different geographic references: a page about Tuba City is not automatically a page about every community in Coconino County, and a statewide Arizona story is not automatically local to Tuba City. Bosseo’s public Legal News description says its monitoring is matched to practice areas and the firm’s state. That makes geographic scope an important consultation question rather than a reason to treat the Tuba City population estimate as evidence of demand.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to review how a Tuba City-serving firm would separate Tuba City coverage, Coconino County developments and Arizona-wide legal changes. Decide which geographic references belong in attorney commentary, which belong only in factual reporting, and which should be excluded because they do not fit the firm’s intake area.
