1. Set a Three Points service boundary before writing questions
The firm’s geographic statement should be deliberate. Three Points is a CDP in Pima County, Arizona—not a synonym for the whole county, a metropolitan area or every person who may visit the website. A video intake flow can ask about the visitor’s matter and location, but the firm should decide which geographic answers affect eligibility, routing or attorney review. The local population estimate is context for defining the service area, not evidence that a particular case type is common. Bosseo’s public product text says each practice area can have its own qualification path and that completed inquiries can be tagged by case type.
Recommended approach
Write a geographic rule for each selected practice area before the intake is published. Decide whether Three Points, other parts of Pima County and locations elsewhere in Arizona should follow the same path, a different path or a manual-review path. Keep the visitor-facing wording accurate and avoid implying that the firm serves an area it has not chosen to serve.
