Start with the bottleneck, not a feature list
Bosseo’s custom software service is built around a firm’s workflow rather than an off-the-shelf tool. Public examples include speed-to-lead tools, client status portals and referral fee trackers. For a Sedona practice, the city’s relationship to both Coconino County and Yavapai County may matter when you define the locations, matter types or staff roles represented in your workflow. It does not, by itself, tell you which tool to build. Map the actual handoffs first: who receives information, who reviews it, where it is recorded and where the process stalls.
Recommended approach
Bring one recurring manual task to the consultation. Describe the task in plain language, identify every person and system involved, and separate the desired result from the proposed feature. Bosseo can then determine whether a small focused build, an automation, an existing product or no custom build is the better answer.
