1. Start with San Luis geography, not assumptions about demand
The Census record identifies San Luis as a municipality in Yuma County, Arizona. It does not establish how many residents visit a law firm website, what legal services they seek, whether they prefer video, or whether your team needs additional coverage. That distinction matters when you design an intake path. A visitor may be physically in San Luis, elsewhere in Yuma County, or outside your accepted service area. The intake should therefore ask the geographic questions your firm actually uses rather than treating San Luis residence as automatic eligibility.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic boundary for each practice area before reviewing the survey. Decide whether the path should ask for city, county, incident location, opposing-party location, or another legally relevant fact. Keep the San Luis and Yuma County relationship explicit in your internal routing rules, while avoiding claims that population establishes demand.
