Start with the geography your firm actually serves
The U.S. Census Bureau records Litchfield Park city as a municipality in Maricopa County, Arizona. Its 2020–2024 ACS 5-year population estimate is 6,916, with a margin of error of 21. That is context for defining a service area, not proof of legal demand, competition, calls, cases or revenue. The dashboard’s geographic questions should therefore be explicit: are you reviewing Litchfield Park city, all of Maricopa County, another metro area, or several service territories? A city label and a county label are not interchangeable. When a report combines them, a partner may mistake broader coverage for local performance.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how city, county and other geographic labels are represented in the dashboard. Decide which locations belong in each review, and do not treat the Litchfield Park population estimate as a forecast. If your firm serves clients beyond the municipality, keep those areas separate when reviewing rankings, calls, leads and matters.
