1. Define Fountain Hills geography before reviewing ROI
The Census record identifies Fountain Hills as a municipality in Maricopa County. That distinction matters when a dashboard reports cities, service areas or case sources. “Fountain Hills,” “Maricopa County,” Arizona and a broader metropolitan area are not interchangeable labels. A report can become difficult to interpret if a call from outside the town is presented as a Fountain Hills result, or if countywide activity is treated as town-specific activity. The dashboard page describes city data, keyword targets and source attribution, but the appropriate geographic definitions for your firm still need to be agreed during review.
Recommended approach
Ask Bosseo to show how a Fountain Hills target would be named, how Maricopa County coverage would be separated, and whether the view distinguishes a location mentioned in a search from the caller’s actual location. Treat those as acceptance questions. Do not use the town’s population estimate to set a lead target or revenue forecast.
