1. Set the geographic boundary before choosing stories
Flowing Wells is a census-designated place in Pima County, Arizona. That makes the relationship between the community, county and state relevant to configuration: a firm may serve Flowing Wells while discussing Arizona-wide statutes, agencies, courts or incidents. Those are different geographic frames and should not be blended casually. A page about an Arizona legal change is not automatically a Flowing Wells page, and a Flowing Wells reference does not prove that residents are searching for counsel. Bosseo's public Legal News description says its monitoring is matched to a firm's practice areas and state. A consultation should therefore establish whether Flowing Wells is a primary service area, whether Pima County is also covered, and when a statewide story is sufficiently useful to the firm's clients.
Recommended approach
Bring a written service-area policy to the consultation. Define when coverage may use Flowing Wells, when it may use Pima County, and when Arizona-wide context is appropriate. Ask how those geographic choices appear in page titles, explanations and calls to action without implying facts the firm cannot support.
