Start with the Douglas intake path, not a population assumption
The Census record identifies Douglas as a municipality in Cochise County. It does not show how many people contact a law firm, which matters they ask about, when inquiries arrive or whether a firm needs additional staff. Those decisions belong in a review of your own inquiry records, website forms, calls, chat or video intake, current response times and matter-routing rules. Bosseo describes Automation as a way to move a lead from first contact through CRM and case-management handoff, with information logged, tagged, routed and followed up. For a Douglas practice, the useful starting point is therefore geographic precision: define whether the workflow is for people contacting a firm in Douglas, clients served across Cochise County or another service area. Do not use the city’s population as a proxy for legal need or expected results.
Recommended approach
Bring a written description of the geographic area your firm serves and compare it with the locations represented in your actual inquiries. Then decide which contacts belong in the automated path and which require immediate human review.
