1. Start with Avondale geography, not a demand assumption
Your firm’s service area may include Avondale and other parts of Maricopa County, but the city, the county, the metropolitan area, Arizona, households, and individuals are not interchangeable. The available Census record identifies Avondale as a municipality and places it in Maricopa County. It does not show how many people call a law firm, which practice areas they need, whether callers prefer a particular language, or whether your current staff has enough capacity. Intake Coach is therefore most useful as an operating review. Look at the calls your firm receives and determine whether location, jurisdiction, deadlines, and matter type are being captured consistently.
Recommended approach
Define the geographic boundaries your firm actually accepts before reviewing performance. In each call review, distinguish an Avondale matter from a broader Maricopa County inquiry and from a matter outside your service area. Do not use the population estimate as a forecast. Use actual call records, your intake policy, and attorney decisions to decide which geographic facts belong in qualification and escalation.
